We believe strongly in the power of preventative medicine. Our Health & Wellness Membership was created to help prioritize your health by making our medicine part of your general wellness routine. As a member, you gain access to regular wellness treatments designed to support your body's natural defense system, with the option to include visits with our Specialty providers at a reduced overall cost.
Like health insurance, but without the deductibles or denials!
With different plan level options, your monthly membership gives you access to reduced rates per visit with limited treatment options, or you can choose enhanced coverage with broader inclusions, all meant to provide you with access to lower overall cost for our services.
All enrollments require a complete consultation and collection of health history (for new patients) and are subject to review and approval before acceptance. Any denial of membership will be provided by notice via email. A valid credit card must be on file at all times for the subscribed plan to remain active, and all plans will auto-renew on the 1st of the month if notice to cancel is not received by the 25th of each prior month. All plans may be cancelled by the subscriber at any time after the first full month, and we reserve the right to cancel membership enrollment at any time, without prior notice.
Why membership?
It's entirely optional, but a membership allows us to provide you access to our providers at an overall reduced rate while also encouraging the habit of seeing preventive care as medicine. We're now able to simplify the appointment process for patients while creating a sustainable system to help you prioritize your health using our medicine.
